Auction sites charge storage from the moment the hammer falls, and release windows are tight. We work to those deadlines: send us the lot details and release paperwork and we book the earliest collection slot the site will give us, then confirm the moment the vehicle is loaded.

Buying unseen
Online bidding means most buyers never see the car before it moves. Our drivers photograph the vehicle in the compound before loading, so if a lot is not as described you have dated evidence from the site itself rather than from your own yard days later.

If you buy weekly, a trade account gives you priority slots, agreed rates on your usual auction-to-forecourt routes and monthly invoicing instead of paying per job.

- Which auction houses do you collect from?
- We collect from BCA, Manheim, Copart, Aston Barclay, John Pye and independent motor auctions across the UK mainland, plus online-only sales that release from storage compounds.
- Can you collect before I have paid storage fees?
- No — the auction will not release a vehicle until the invoice and any storage charges are settled and a release or gate pass is issued. Send us the release document and we will book the slot.
- How fast can you collect a won lot?
- Same-day collection is often possible if the release is issued before midday and the site has capacity; otherwise next working day is normal on most mainland routes.
- What if the lot turns out to be a non-runner?
- Tell us at booking if the lot is marked as non-running or damaged and we will send the trailer with winch equipment rather than a trade-plate driver.
