Trade Accounts

Trade accounts for dealers, brokers and fleets

One point of contact, agreed rates on the routes you run every week, priority capacity when deadlines are tight and a single monthly invoice.

What an account changes

  • Agreed route rates. We price your repeat routes once, so you can quote your own customers with confidence.
  • Priority capacity. Account jobs are slotted before ad-hoc bookings when the diary is full.
  • One coordinator. The same person knows your sites, your access quirks and your key handling.
  • Monthly invoicing. Movements are logged and billed on terms instead of paid job by job.
  • Mixed methods. Driven, trailer and non-runner movements all sit on the same account.

Who it suits

Independent dealers buying weekly at auction, groups running regular site transfers, brokers arranging customer handovers, and bodyshops or dismantlers taking a steady flow of non-runners.

How to set one up

Call us or email with your business name, your typical routes and rough monthly volume. We will come back with a rate card, agree terms and have the account live for your next movement — normally within a couple of working days. There is no joining fee and no tie-in.

Frequently asked questions

Who can open a trade account?
Motor dealers, brokers, auction buyers, bodyshops, restoration specialists, fleet and lease operators — anyone moving vehicles regularly rather than one-off.
Is there a minimum volume?
There is no hard minimum. Accounts make sense from a few movements a month upwards; below that, per-job pricing is usually simpler for you.
How does invoicing work?
Movements are logged as they happen and invoiced monthly on agreed terms, with a statement listing each job, route and price.
Do account customers get priority?
Yes. Account bookings are allocated capacity ahead of ad-hoc jobs, which matters most at auction release deadlines and month-end stock pushes.
