Dealer Transfers
Dealer transfers and stock movements
Forecourt-to-forecourt transfers, compound and PDI movements and retail handover deliveries — coordinated around your sales pipeline and priced per route.

Keep stock moving where it sells
A car sitting on the wrong site is a car not being viewed. We move single units and batched groups between sites, so you can rebalance stock quickly when a model sells better in one region than another, or when a customer wants a car that is currently 200 miles away.
Movements we cover
- Site-to-site transfers within a group or between independent dealers
- Compound and storage collections to forecourt
- Deliveries in and out of PDI, valeting and bodyshop partners
- Retail handover deliveries to your customer's door
- Part-exchange collections, often combined with the outbound delivery
How we work with sales teams
One coordinator handles your bookings, so you are not re-explaining site access or key arrangements each time. We confirm collection windows, call ahead to the receiving site, and send photos at both ends. Road-legal stock moves on trade plates; anything unregistered, damaged or mileage-sensitive moves on the trailer.
Volume and invoicing
Dealers moving vehicles weekly usually switch to a trade account with agreed rates on repeat routes, priority capacity and a single monthly invoice instead of per-job payments.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you move several vehicles in one booking?
- Yes. Batched runs between forecourts, compounds and PDI centres are routine — tell us the list of postcodes and we will plan the route and price the run as a whole.
- Do you deliver directly to retail customers?
- Yes. Handover deliveries to your customer's home or workplace are one of our most common jobs, with photo confirmation and a call ahead so they are expecting the car.
- Can you collect a part-exchange on the same trip?
- Often yes. If the part-exchange is road-legal we can deliver the sold car and drive the trade-in back, which is usually cheaper than two separate movements.
- Do you work to dealer group SLAs?
- We agree collection and delivery windows per job and confirm each movement in writing. Groups with regular volume normally run through a trade account with fixed route rates.
