Manchester movements are rarely simple motorway runs. Apartment blocks in Ancoats and Salford Quays have underground parking with height limits our trailer cannot enter, terraced streets in Levenshulme and Chorlton leave no room to open ramps, and Trafford Park units can be hard to reach at shift-change. We plan around all of it, and where trailer access is impossible we agree a meeting point on a nearby main road or retail park before the day.
